Visual dysfunction after traumatic brain injury is prevalent. The determination of the presence of mild traumatic brain injury
(mTBI) and the assessment of the degree of injury in the field can be difficult and time consuming, usually requiring specialized
personnel and equipment for accuracy. A comprehensive review of visual system dysfunction following mTBI and the availability
of automated assessment therein is included in this discussion.

Biosorption is a physico-chemical and metabolically-independent process based on a variety of mechanisms including absorption, adsorption, ion exchange, surface complexation and precipitation. Biosorption processes are highly important in the environment and conventional biotreatment processes. As a branch of biotechnology, biosorption has been aimed at the removal or recovery of organic and inorganic substances from solution by biological material which can include living or dead microorganisms and their components, seaweeds, plant materials, industrial and agricultural wastes and natural residues. For decades biosorption has been heralded as a promising cost-effective clean-up biotechnology. Despite significant progress in our understanding of this complex phenomenon and a dramatic increase in publications in this research area, commercialization of biosorption technologies has been limited so far. This article summarizes existing knowledge on various aspects of the fundamentals and applications of biosorption and critically reviews the obstacles to commercial success and future perspectives.

Sesbania grandiflora L. an indigenous species native to Asian, South-Asian nations widely used for innumerable purpose. The plant is accepted for its vast use for an economic benefit from environmental valuation to human livelihood. Nation such as Indonesia, Philippines cultivate this plant for economical purpose. The plant is also known to be useful for manufacture of paper and pulp. Thus, cellulose and fibres generated from various sources from this plant is highly valued in developing the economy. Moreover, the seeds of Sesbania are indeed utilized for consumption purpose. The current research is carried out to testify the amount of Dietary fibre in the seeds of Sesbania grandiflora L. Researches have shown the plant leaves enriched with high amount of nutrient content, hence the seed of the plant too forms an attractive theme to search out and study experimentally for the various nutritional sources. The research carried out for evaluation of dietary fibre successfully concludes the quantity and its consumption on a daily basis in a diet.

Abstract. This paper proposes an ordering of ideas to create politics that distinguishes itself from conventional politics. It is called extrapolitics. To define extrapolitics, the concept of politics, transhumanism and dialectic - dialogism have been briefly included. The  Politics Path has been schematized as a process of evolution that politics experiments and goes hand in hand with human evolution. A post-politicist proposal was suggested for the proper proliferation of transhumanist objectives, as well as an extension of the conventional political spectrum, one that includes the extra-political spectrum and arguments against human enhancement. It finalizes with the inclusion of two potential phenomena, one harmful and the other one ideal, that define the processes of application of extrapolitical policies, the bio-socio-political singularity and the bio-socio-political inflection, respectively.

Nutritional value of plant purely depends on the methodology of cultivation. (Urmila Sarkar and Surendra Sawardekar) Different methods of cultivation lead to prior proficiency of plant growth in terms of germination, height, weight, nutritional factors and so on. (Urmila Sarkar and Surendra Sawardekar). A practice of 'Organic farming' for the production of quality based nutritional contents becomes an essential element. A crop such as Zea mays L. (Maize or Corn) is an important staple crop known for its wide range of nutritional component such as Carbohydrate, fats, proteins, minerals, vitamins, moisture, ash etc. (Urmila Sarkar and Surendra Sawardekar). The experimental research is focused on assessment of Protein content from organically grown Zea mays L. (maize/corn). The results conclude efficient amount of total protein in Zea mays L. plant material as a whole viz. root, leaf and seed.

Proper handling, treatment and disposal of biomedical wastes are important elements of health care office infection control programme. Pyperharin treatment and disposal of biomedical waste play a vital role in the hospital infection control programme. Objectives of BMW (Biomedical waste) management mainly involves preventing transmission of disease from patient to patient, from patient to health worker and vice versa to present injury to the healthcare worker and workers in support services, while handling biomedical waste, to prevent genital exposure to the harmful effects of the cytotoxic, genotoxic ,Anatomical Waste, Bio Technology Waste and chemical biomedical waste generated in hospitals. If properly designed and applied, waste management can be a relatively effective and effective compliance related practice. This review article discusses the collection situation, treatment and disposal of biomedical waste and its various types Hospital are one of the complex institutions which are frequently visited by people from every standard of life without any distinction between age, sex, race and religion. Most of these hospitals and health clinics produce waste which is increasing in its amount and type and leading to risk for patients and personnel who handle their wastes and the low threat to public health and environment.

The Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) is the most popular method due to its availability, simplicity, reproducibility, ease to use. The separation of macromolecules in an electric field is called electrophoresis. A very common method for separating proteins by electrophoresis uses a discontinuous polyacrylamide gel as a support medium and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) to denature the proteins. The method is called sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE).

From the electronic survey, 35 disruptive technologies were quantified and 13 key technologies: Internet ofings, Big Data, 3D printing, Cloud computing, Autonomous robots, Virtual and Augmented reality, Cyber-physical system, Artificial intelligence, Smart sensors, Simulation, Nanotechnology, Drones, and Biotechnology were identified. Both technical and personal skills to be imparted into the human workforce for industry 4.0 were reported. e review identified the need to investigate the capability and the readiness of developing countries in adapting industry 4.0 in terms of the changes in the education systems and industrial manufacturing settings. is study proposes the need to address the integration of industry 4.0 concepts into the current education system.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is supposed to cause vitamin D deficiency in many people by a direct effect of home quarantine in the affected countries. Generally, vitamin D provides human body with significant health benefits including bone development, specific gene regulation and protection against different diseases. However, deficiency of optimal amount of vitamin D inside human body may result in susceptibility to multiple infectious diseases. Postmortem changes begin soon after death and progress along a timeline. This study presents an analysis on the changes in the physical properties of goat organs and change in its DNA content after its death. Four organs of goat i.e liver, kidney, lungs and intestine were considered as working samples. The samples were cut into two halves so that one can be used for the study of general chenges and the other can be utilized for DNA extraction at regular intervals of time. The techniques like Agarose gel electrophoresis and UV spectroscopy was performed to check the presence of DNA and to quantify the extracted DNA samples. The same protocol was performed for a period of 5 days and in the end agarose gel electrophoresis was performed to detect the presence of DNA, bands were observed confirming the quality of the DNA.
