Identificació del manuscrit més antic fins ara conegut de la Vita et passio sancti Desiderii de Sisebut, conservada en un passioner copiat a final del segle X pel sacerdot Isarn per a ús de la catedral de Vic i actualment servat només en un bifoli incomplet entre la notable col·lecció de fragments de manuscrits de l’Arxiu i Biblioteca Episcopal de Vic, frag. XXIV–3. Hom presenta el text ofert per aquest passioner i hom assenyala les seves lectures variants respecte de les més modernes edicions. S’identifiquen, a més, altres còdexs copiats pel mateix Isarn, escriba de diplomes i amanuense de còdexs; entre els quals unes Homiliae XL in Euangelia de sant Gregori i uns lliçoners per a la missa. Tots aquests fragments s’han recuperat de relligadures de Santa Maria de Moià, Sant Julià de Vilatorta, Santa Eugènia de Berga i Sant Boi de Lluçanès.

Identification of the oldest surviving manuscript of the Vita et passio sancti Desiderii written by Sisebut, King of the Visigoths, copied late in the 10th century by the priest Isarn and kept in a passionary for use of the cathedral of Vic. This fragment, now an incomplete bifolio, is served inside the highly valuable collection of codex fragments at the Vic Episcopal Library, XXIV–3. In this paper the text of this passionary is offered and its readings variants concerning the most modern editions are signaled. Other codices copied by the same Isarn, scribe of diplomas and book amanuense, are also identified; among which the ones Homiliae XL in Euangelia by Saint Gregory the Great and ones mass lectionaries. All these fragments have been recovered from bindings from Santa Maria de Moià, Sant Julià de Vilatorta, Santa Eugènia de Berga and Sant Boi de Lluçanès.

The coronation of Bosnian ban Tvrtko I Kotromanić as the King of ''Srbljem i Bosne i Pomorja i Zapadnim stranama'' in 1377. is one  of the most significant events of the Bosnian medieval history. With this act the Bosnian state elevated in the rank of kingdoms and its ruling dynasty, the Kotromanić entered in the narrow circle of the noblest families of Medieval Europe. Contemporary sources about his event, unfortunately, are scarce and very rare. Most of the information related to ideological apprehension of Tvrtko’s coronation are inside the so called ‘’Ceremonial charter’’ issued to the Republic of Dubrovnik on 10. April 1378. in Trstivnica. According to its content, paleographical, and diplomatic features, this charter represents a real milestone in the development of Bosnian courtly office. Even with these facts, and several publications in various collections of sources, this charter still didn’t get its complete diplomatic analysis, nor has it been translated into modern languages, which resulted with numerous and completely different interpretations of its content. With this essay we will try to correct this perceived shortage, we will offer first complete translation, along with complete diplomatic analysis, covering all topographic, prosopographic and conceptual details.  Also, we will analyze different historiographical theories, in order to detect influence of ruling ideologies on the interpretation of this charter. Finally, with overview of broader historical context of the time of its issue, we will have a brand new dimension of understanding and apprehension of the charter from 1378, and its significance for the study of coronation of Tvrtko I
Krunisanje bana Tvrtka I Kotromanića za kralja ''Srbljem iBosne i Pomorja i Zapadnim stranama'' iz 1377. godine jedan je od najznačajnijih događaja bosanskog srednjovjekovlja. Bosanska država tim je činom uzdignuta u rang kraljevine, a vladajuća dinastija Kotromanića uvrstila se u uski krug najplemenitijh porodica svog vremena. Suvremeni izvori koji govore o ovom događaju, nažalost, veoma su rijetki i šturi. Najveći broj informacija vezanih za ideološko shvatanje Tvrtkove krunidbe nalazi se u tzv. Svečanoj povelji izdatoj Dubrovačkoj republici  10. aprila 1378. godine u Trstivnici. Po svom sadržaju, paleografskim i diplomatičkim osobinama, ova povelja predstavlja pravu prekretnicu u razvoju dvorske kancelarije Kotromanića. No, i pored tih činjenica, kao i toga da je u nekoliko navrata objavljena u različitim zbirkama izvora, ova povelja do sada nije dobila svoju kompletnu diplomatičku analizu, niti je ponuđen njen prijevod na suvremene jezike, što je dovelo do brojnih i krajnje različitih tumačenja njenog sadržaja. Ovim radom ćemo pokušati ispraviti uočeni nedostatak, ponudit ćemo prvi potpuni prijevod, ali i kompletnu diplomatsku analizu povelje sa sagledavanjem svih topografskih, prosopografskih i pojmovnih pojedinosti. Također, suprostavit ćemo različite historiografske teorije, kako bi uvidjeli dostignuća i propuste starije historiografije sa identificiranjem uticaja vladajućih ideologija na tumačenje povelje, a sagledavanjem širokog historijskog konteksta vremena u kome je nastala dobit ćemo novu dimenziju shvatanja povelje iz 1378 i njenog značaja za pročavanje Tvrtkove krunidbe.

This article proposes a method that makes possible the linguistic study of textually difficult hand-written materials which are imperfectly preserved. These materials include medieval manuscripts, letters, and legal as well as private documents. With these, the normal treebanking procedure is not sufficient. We present the case of medieval Latin charter texts, i.e., private documents, that 1) are partly fragmentary and 2) exhibit massive use of abbreviations, e.g., chartul for chartulam ‘charter’. In addition, 3) charter texts are highly formulaic and display passages that differ from each other in their language use. It is not possible to ascertain the inflexional endings of most of the fragmentary and abbreviated words, so a method of excluding them from morphological (but not from syntactic) analysis is needed. Moreover, due to the varying degree of formulaicity in certain parts of charter texts, the language of these parts must be studied separately. Therefore, a method of merging two XML layers is introduced. One layer that contains lemmatic, morphological, and syntactic analysis according to the Perseus Latin Dependency Treebank standard is aligned with the other layer that contains textual information (abbreviations, fragmentary words, diplomatic segmentation).

La serie documental cuyo estudio introducimos está localizada en el Archivo Histórico Provincial de Málaga. Los otorgamientos recogidos en los 27 documentos notariales integrados en esta edición tuvieron lugar en las villas de Algarrobo, Canillas de Albaida, Cómpeta y Estepona; con lo que, siguiendo el cuadro de clasificación de los protocolos notariales de la provincia malagueña, contemplamos pues documentación notarial del denominado distrito de Estepona (Casares, Estepona y Manilva) y del distrito de Torrox, recogiendo este último en diversos periodos la fe pública notarial de las localidades de Algarrobo, Cómpeta, Canillas de Albaida, Frigiliana, Nerja, Torrox, Salares y Sedella.
