Based on the our October paper "A Generalized Viral Infection Mathematical Model Derived from Covid-19 Simulation", at a conceptual level higher than the classic SIR/SEIR model, we have established the 6 laws of infection regarding the final infection ratio within any given population without any artificial intervention and have shown the final infection ratio in a natural, non-interfered pandemic must fall within a specified lower and upper bound as 1 − 1 R 2 0 ≤ F R ≤ 2 (1 − 1 R 0). Whereas R 0 is the intrinsic R 0 value of the disease. In this paper, we show how human intervention strategies alter the previous assumptions based on 2 factors. First, artificial intervention with cycles of restricting measures and relaxations. Based on our May paper "The Predictions on Worldwide Covid-19 Pandemic Cases Based on Historical Data", we have already demonstrated the dynamic falling R 0 (t) curve during lock down measures. With more historical data and observation, we now expand the scope to include a dynamic rising R 0 (t) curve following the relaxation of measures, completing the cycle of restriction and relaxation. Second, the introduction of vaccination at a steady rate introduced a new variable into the existing infection model, we denote it as function V (t). We demonstrate the optimal strategies of vaccination interpreted within our existing established framework.

This research is not “anti-vaccine”, but pro-sane-vaccines. Unlike insane vaccines, it stands for evidence based medicine, i.e. scientifically proven safe and effective treatments. 500 scientific citations prove a systemic bias against cheap effective cures and towards unethical, ineffective and/or unsafe vaccines.

Among dozens of effective treatments here reviewed, ivermectin is the best mass cure for COVID-19 variants. It had been scientifically proven beyond any reasonable doubt by May 2020, yet, instead of informing the public about the amazing results and going back to normal, there was a global scheme to block lifesaving information and promote lock downs, masks, restrictions, experimental vaccines and passports.

1 million dollars of ivermectin would end the pandemic compared to 160 thousand million dollars PER YEAR to keep a perpetual endemic disease, with vaccines always chasing new variants in a never ending lucrative arms race. It is not a matter of unsettled science: there are more RCT studies than for any other standard-of-care treatment. An insane “war on bugs” by legal drug cartels? It was an un-treatment pandemic designed to push vaccines and expensive monoclonal antibodies as the only option.

The pandemic proved that there is neither quality control nor pharmacovigilance in any country of the world, especially the USA. In spite of more deaths linked to COVID vaccines than all deaths reported since 1990 from all vaccines, there was no real follow up of cases, no studies about subclinical side effects like myocarditis and thrombosis, no interest in public health:

With COVID vaccines, Governments have turned a medical act into an administrative mandate. Yet, practically no medical association protested against this violation of the right of the physician to practice medicine, i.e. a customized treatment according to the best knowledge/possibilities.

Human rights continue to be systematically violated: to life, to informed consent, to fertility, to ethical treatments (where benefits are higher than harms), to healthcare (instead of sickening-care), to treatments for vaccine injuries, to compensation for injuries and death, to privacy (passes), to freedom (to work, move, assemble, worship), etc.

Tuberculosis (TB) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) co-infection is a major public health challenge, especially in developing countries such as Nigeria. A descriptive, retrospective epidemiological study was conducted to assess TB and HIV co-infection and associated risk factors among patients in two (2) selected Directly Observed Treatment Short Course (DOTS) centres in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State over the course of 4 years (2013 2016). Of the 1704 patients, 946 (55.5%) were males and 758 (45.5%) were females. Compared to rural dwellers who were 704 (41.3%) urban dwellers who were 1000 (58.7%) were the majority among the study participants. Majority of the study participants 126 were between 31 and 40 years old. The overall TB and HIV co-infection among TB patient was 21.8%. Placental blood flow was measured with the aid of radioactive microspheres, in normal (N) and manifest diabetic (MD) rats, and related to fetal body growth and incidence of congenital malformations. The total blood flow in the placentae of the MD rats was decreased to about one-half of the normal flow on gestational days 20 and 22. The placentae of the MD offspring were enlarged, whereas the fetuses in this group were smaller than normal. Thus, the placental blood flow per placental weight was drastically decreased in the MD fetuses on both days 20 and 22. In contrast, the placental blood flow per fetal weight was not different in the N and MD groups on gestational day 20 whereas it was decreased in the MD offspring on gestational day 22. Placental blood flow in the malformed fetuses of the MD group did not differ significantly from that in the nonmalformed MD fetuses.

This was a graduate research project in community and behavioral health on the stigmas surrounding HIV and AIDs in Tennessee completed in 2019. I believe this is an interesting topic that could use more research, which is why I am considering this a draft. Also, there is much more to be said on this particular topic, page limits aside.

Of 613 children evaluated in a village in Haryana 94 (15.3%) were observed to have chronic suppurative otitis media (CSOM). Fifty eight (61.7%) children had hearing impairment. CSOM contributed to 71.6% of the hearing impaired (58/81). On analysis of association of CSOM with literacy and socio-economic status of mothers, and age, sex, and upper respiratory tract infections (URI) in children positive correlation was observed only with URIs (P Literacy and socio-economic status of the mothers did not correlate significantly with knowledge about treatment seeking, and ear cleaning practices, probably due to the narrow range of incomes and literacy levels. An intervention program consisting of play, demonstrations, health charts and slogans, and aural cleaning and antibiotic drops was introduced.
