Erection and maintenance of site office and removal the same after completion of work in accordance with the conditions of contract. In addition to the office required for his own use, the Contractor shall provide and maintain furnished field office for the use of the Engineer and his staff. The field office is to have a concrete floor, adequate foundation, brick walls, false ceiling of hard board with seasoned Garjan wood frame and painted, and all windows are to be glazed and provided with steel grill. Outside and inside wall surface are to be painted on plaster acceptable to the Engineer. The field office shall be maintained in a secure and watertight condition by the Contractor until the completion of the contract and shall be provided with electricity, running water and sewerage. All doors shall be fitted with approved locks and windows shall be provided with screen/blinds. Before construction the Contractor shall submit plans and drawings showing proposed details and location for the field office, including foundations, access roads, shades, layout of electrical and water supply and hard standings thereto for the approval of the engineer. The Engineer may require revision of the plans prior to giving approval for construction. The Contractor shall also submit details proposed furniture, fittings and other items of equipment and plant to the engineer for approval. These items shall be of the standard quality suitable for site. The office, complete with furnishings, fittings, access roads and hard standings shall be ready for occupation by the Engineer within 28 days of the date when the Contractor first occupies the site. The Contractor will provide day and night guards and a tea boy for the field office. At the end of the project all materials, equipment and plant, furniture, fittings recovered from dismantling the office and removing access road will be the property of the Contractor. No interim payment shall be certified unless Engineer's office with required facilities are constructed and accepted by the Engineer. (This is a time related item. Proportionate payment for this item shall be made distributing in each bill on the basis of percentage progress of the whole works under contract)

This report presents the work I did as part of my graduation project. It consists of designing, studying and dimensioning the JW Marriott Tower in Casablanca Marina.
Being one of the largest cities in Africa, Casablanca plans to develop its international character by enriching its heritage of skyscrapers which are the symbol of power, energy and splendour of cities.
Having a unique architecture for the first time in Morocco, the tower presents enormous difficulties in terms of design and study since they work on the limits of current standards and regulations.
In this project I present initially a dossier about towers, their construction systems and their most used materials. Subsequently I explain the final design I have developed in accordance with the architectural plans and then I present the geotechnical context of the area and define the general hypothesis.
In the study and dimensioning phase, I study the structure in two approaches: a static approach and a dynamic approach. The static approach consists in studying the static behaviour of the tower vis-a-vis the permanent the exploitation loadings before dimensioning the structural elements outside the bracing system. In the dynamic approach I study the different horizontal and vibratory stresses, starting with the wind and then the seismic calculation.
After determining these stresses, I study the seismic design of the plates and shells as well as the foundations and the retaining walls and their stabilities and justifications in accordance to the ultimate, service and accidental states.

There has been a huge advancement in mobile wireless communication since the last few decades. This advancement consist of several generations and is still going on. The journey of mobile wireless communication began with 1G followed by 2G,3G,4G,and under research future generations 5G,6G,7G. In this paper an attempt has been made to provide an overview of evolution of mobile generations by comparing the challenges and features that have evolved from each generation and explaining how improvements have been made from earlier generation to the next one.
