Electric Vehicles (EVs) are the cleanest means of transportation compared to the conventional vehicles. Unlike conventional vehicles, EVs do not depend on petroleum products and thus use of electric vehicle is going to dominate the transportation sector soon. The battery electric vehicles need charging stations for their battery to charge. The proposed topology focuses on power flow management for charging of EV loads. it proposes electric vehicle charging system in which vehicle owners are allowed to park their vehicle in the charging station and EVs are charged up to their desired SOC level. The proposed system promotes penetration of RES to a larger extent which minimizes the kwh cost of grid energy consumption, and hence generating significant economical revenue of the charging station. Internet and networks applications are growing very fast, so the needs to protect such applications are increased. Encryption algorithms play a main role in information security systems. On the other side, those algorithms consume a significant amount of computing resources such as CPU time, memory, and battery power. This paper provides evaluation of six of the most common encryption algorithms namely: AES (Rijndael), DES, 3DES, RC2, Blowfish, and RC6. A comparison has been conducted for those encryption algorithms at different settings for each algorithm such as different sizes of data blocks, different data types ,battery power consumption, different key size and finally encryption/decryption speed. Simulation results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of each algorithm. .

Purpose: to compare the physical and
technical readiness women basketball
teams of Ukraine and Lithuania. Material:
participated in the study of female
athletes team of Ukraine and Lithuania
(n = 24). Athletes age - 25-30 years.
Teacher testing was conducted physical
and technical readiness. Ukrainian team
trained by the author’s method with the
use of innovative technologies. Included
the use of technology in the training
process of copyright video tutorials with
animated illustrations and LED linear
luminaire. Results: the results indicated
significant improvement of athletes
Ukrainian team in the tests: a standing
jump, cross 2000 meters, throwing a
medicine ball with a running start, lifting
the trunk in 30 seconds from a prone
position, speed equipment, three points
shots, special endurance. The proposed
new management training process
helped increase mobility, intensity and
complexity of team training in Ukraine.
Conclusions: It is recommended to use a
program of technical and tactical training
with the use of innovative technologies in
the training process basketball players
are hearing impaired

Abstrak Program Diploma pengajian Video dan filem dengan mod Work Based Learning (WBL) telah dijalankan di Politeknik METrO Tasek Gelugor sejak Jun 2015. Program ini dijalankan dengan perlaksaan tiga semester di kampus dan satu tahun latihan WBL di industri. Sehingga kajian ini dihasilkan 324 pelajar telah mengikuti program ini dengan jayanya. Namun perubahan dan pendekatan baharu untuk tujuan penambahbaikan program ini perlu dilakukan demi kelestarian dan kerelevanan program ini pada masa akan datang. Ini selari dengan aspirasi negara di dalam memperkasakan TVET melalui kolaborasi berterusan dengan rakan industri. Kajian ini bertujuan mengukur minat dan komitment rakan industri di dalam menyokong program ini agar dapat dilaksanakan dengan lebih cemerlang pada masa akan datang.Hasil kajian mendapati rakan industri WBL bagi program DDV di PMTG memberi respon positif dan bersedia mengambil pekerja separa professional dari kalangan pelajar yang telah mengikuti bidang pengajian video dan filem dari Politeknik METrO Tasek Gelugor. Kata Kunci : Work Based Learning, Pengajian Video dan Filem, Latihan Industri 1. Pengenalan Politeknik METRO Tasek Gelugor (PMTG) menawarkan program Diploma Pengajian Video dan Filem sejak Jun 2015. Program ini direka bagi menyediakan pelajar dengan pengetahuan kreatif, dan kemahiran di dalam bidang penerbitan video and filem yang bersangkutan dengan industri kreatif tempatan. Bidang kreatif meliputi hiburan berinfo, multimedia, dan pendidikan berasaskan hiburan. Program ini memfokuskan aspek teknikal yang diaplikasikan di dalam bidang pengajian video dan audio. Program ini direkabentuk di Politeknik METrO Tasek Gelugor dengan mod Work-Based Learning (WBL). Ia merupakan program berdurasi dua tahun setengah dengan tiga semester kerja kursus di kampus dan dua semester latihan WBL di industri yang dipilih oleh PMTG. Pelajar disediakan dengan asas kukuh kemahiran komunikasi kreatif untuk peranan masa hadapan demi pembangunan ekonomi negara. Sepanjang menjalani latihan WBL ini, pelajar dilatih dengan berkomunikasi berkesan, bersaing secara positif, kerja berpasukan di samping proaktif dan bertanggungjawab dengan pengawasan daripada majikan atau penyelia. Demi memastikankan kelestarian program ini pada masa hadapan, Kajian ini dilakukan bagi mengukur minat dan komitment rakan industri di dalam menyokong program ini agar dapat dilaksanakan dengan lebih cemerlang pada masa akan datang. Demi kelestarian program ini, persoalan berkenaan telah dikemukakan: (i) Adakah pihak industri menerima sebarang penghargaan daripada pihak politeknik di atas sumbangan sebagai pemberi latihan (ii) Apakah keistimewaan yang diterima oleh pihak industri daripada kerajaan di atas sumbangan latihan industri yang telah diberikan (iii) Adalah pihak industri bersedia untuk menerima pelatih WBL sebagai pekerja pada masa akan datang.

Gandaki province has the good potentiality of hydroelectricity generation with existing twenty-nine hydroelectricity projects. Since the Province is rich in water resources, analysis of watersheds needs to be done for management, planning and identification of water as well as natural resources. GIS offers integration of spatial and no spatial data to understand and analyze the watershed processes and helps in drawing a plan for integrated watershed development and management. The Digital Elevation Model (DEM) available on the NASA-Earth data has been taken as a primary data for morphometric analysis of watershed in Gandaki Province using QGIS. Delineation of watershed was conducted from a DEM by computing the flow direction and using it in the Watershed tool. Necessary fill sink correction was made before proceeding to delineation. Dividing the discipline’s metaphors between technical and conceptual is a reality not fully explored, nor I believe never noticed. In addition to the multidisciplinary relevance and general use of metaphors, metaphoric axioms, arguments in favor of the stasis of why interior design is an art the two realities of the metaphor work separately and together in six  creative ways.  Many of my monographs included analyzing and explaining the syllogism:
• Art[I]  is the making of metaphors
• Interior design  is an art[I]
• Therefore interior design is the making of metaphors.
Art [I] is only when skill is applied with intent and advanced development of some skill.
Till now we did nothing to reason why art [I] is the making of metaphors, nor why interior is an art [I]. Since 1967 I proceeded to analyze the presumptions and find its many applications. This new information in Metaphor and Thought by Andrew Ortony first published in 1979, provides information to support inductive reasoning and to this end each axiom is its own warrant to the inferences of the above syllogism and the answer to questions of why metaphor is the stasis to any of the syllogism’s claims and implications.
The six priciples explain the stasis in terms of metaphor’s two technical and conceptual dimensions.  Both are valid separately and even more acceptable in combination.  But how do they two operate and how does knowing this benefit design, use and evaluation of built works?
The technical is that all art [I], including interior design, expresses one thing in terms of another by its inherent and distinct craft. On the one hand there is the designer who acts as the owsnere’s surrogate  and on the other the fountain of conceptual metaphors which expresses ideas as built conceptual metaphors other wise known as interior desings. Techne is actually a system of practical knowledge as a craft or art informed by knowledge of forms. 
For  example,  the craft of managing a firm ofinterior designers where even virtue is a kind of technê of management and design practice, one that is based on an understanding of the profession, business and market. In this case the technai are such activities as drafting, specifying, managing, negotiating, programming, planning, supervising, and inspection.  By association with these technai, we can include decorationg, funiture selection, color coordianation, writing, and painting.  So much so that the study and practice of design is devoid from the humanities and downplays theories of design;  developing rather the crafts, skill and understandings needed to plan, sketch, draw, delineate, specify, write, and design.
Contemporary interior design is replete with axioms, principles and theorems guiding the geometry, applications of science, use of engineering, and formal logic to produce technical metaphors and justly excluding a whole conversation about the conceptual part of the built metaphor.

The study investigated the technical, Allocative and economics efficiencies of yam producers in Ganye Local government Area, Adamawa State, Nigeria. Combinations of purposive and random sampling techniques were employed using 100 famers from five different wards of the local government. In the first place, five wards were selected and used for this study and twenty farmers were selected from each ward, making a total of 100 famers, twenty. The analytical tool used to achieve the objectives of this study was Data Envelopment Analysis. The results of the study revealed that 57% of the farmers had technical efficiency of 0.81 and above while 43% of the farmers operate at less than 0.81 efficiency level. The mean technical efficiency for the 100 sampled farmers in the study area was 0.78. The farmer with the best practice has a technical efficiency of 1.00 while 0.37 is for the least efficient farmers. This implies that on the average, output fall by 0% from the maximum possible level of 1.00 due to technical inefficiency. The mean allocative efficiency was 0.98. The result indicates that average yam farmer in the state would enjoy cost saving of about 5% while allocative inefficient farmer will have an efficiency gain of 95% to attain the level of most efficient farmer among the respondents. The mean economic efficiency was 0.77. The farmer with the best practice has an economic efficiency of 1.0 while 0.08 was for the least efficient farmers. This implies that on the average, output fall by 52% from the maximum possible level due to inefficiency. Finally, among the constraints identified in the study area, the majority of the respondent attested to the fact that high cost of inputs, transportation problem, lack of credit facilities and storage/preservation problem were the major constraints they faced in yam production in the area. The study concludes that yam farmers in the study area have achieved absolute efficiency in the use of variable inputs. It was found that yam production in the study area is profitable.

Résumé
Durant les années 1880-1950, un ordre de l’enseignement technique est constitué par référence à l’enseignement primaire et à l’enseignement secondaire. La création d’une école normale du technique répond à cette logique d’une mise en ordre. Le déploiement de cette école sous la forme d’une école normale supérieure de l’enseignement technique, au sein d’un centre nationale de l’enseignement technique, troisième temps de notre propos, semble répondre, quant à lui, au rêve d’une mise en espace. Mais, las, ces logiques, à peine esquissées, se heurtent à une refonte d’ensemble du système éducatif français durant les années 1950-1960 : le système en filières d’enseignement verticales laisse place à un système en degrés successifs structurés par classes d’âge. Les deux rêves du Technique, la mise en ordre et la mise en espace, socle pour un « humanisme technique », ont fait long feu.

Abstract
During the years 1880-1950, an order of technical education is constituted by reference to primary and secondary education. The creation of a « technical normal school » corresponds to logic of structuring in order. The deployment of this school as a "Superior Normal School of Technical Education" in a "national center for technical education", third stage of our way, seems to respond, meanwhile, at the dream of a space structuring. But, those two logical, barely sketched, are facing an overhaul of entire French education system during the years 1950-1960: the system in vertical streams of education leaves room at a system structured by successive stages according to age groups. Both dreams of the technical, structuration in orders and in space, based on a "technical humanism", have fizzled.
